After trailing 10-7 at halftime, the Buccaneers scored 17 points in the third period. This surge included two rushing touchdowns and a field goal, creating a gap the Cowboys could not overcome despite a late effort.

Dallas took an early 7-0 lead in the first quarter when Javonte Williams scored on a 1-yard rush, with Brandon Aubrey handling the extra point. For Dallas, Dak Prescott threw for 316 yards but struggled with turnovers, throwing two interceptions alongside his one touchdown. George Pickens led the receiving corps with nine catches for 130 yards and the late touchdown. Javonte Williams added 45 rushing yards on 12 carries.
