Richardson, Texas, is listed for a $13,841.57 payment of third-quarter child-safety fees in a recently approved Collin County disbursement register.

The register names Richardson on check 565857, dated Sept. 17, 2026. Final approval is documented in the commissioners’ signed Sept. 28 order covering the payment list.

Collin County’s fiscal 2026 fee schedule lists a $1.50 child-safety vehicle-registration charge. State law directs a population-based distribution of part of that revenue to municipalities, with specified county deductions allowed first.

The county record is a way to trace this particular payment. It does not establish a new Richardson program, identify a city spending project or verify that the money has been deposited.
