Richardson ISD plans dyslexia parent night for Oct. 14

The evening session will introduce the district’s dyslexia curriculum and include a short simulation at its Professional Development Center.

Richardson ISD will hold a Dyslexia Parent Night on Oct. 14 for families whose children were recently identified with dyslexia and parents who have not attended before.

The meeting runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the auditorium at the district’s Professional Development Center, 701 W. Belt Line Road in Richardson.

The district’s Sept. 29 announcement says the session will introduce its dyslexia curriculum and include a short Experience Dyslexia simulation.
