The Richardson Public Library returns to its Arapaho Road building on Saturday, November 21, with a grand reopening celebration beginning at 1 p.m. The renovated building, closed since September 2023, adds about 6,000 square feet of usable space across four levels, with a new main entrance connecting to the Municipal Campus Fountain Plaza. The library operated from a temporary location on Campbell Creek Boulevard during construction. The renovation was funded in part through the city's 2021 Bond Program.
