Original ChopShop is scheduled to open its newest restaurant in Richardson on September 16. The new location will be situated at 1419 E Renner Road within the CityLine Market center, which is anchored by a Whole Foods store. This opening represents the 16th shop for the brand in Texas and its 30th location overall.
The restaurant will offer a menu of made-to-order items, including protein bowls, salads, sandwiches, juices, protein shakes, and superfruit bowls. The menu also features all-day breakfast options. Customers can customize their meals to fit various dietary preferences, with choices available for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and protein-forward diets.
Jason Morgan, the CEO of Original ChopShop, stated that expanding the brand's presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area allows the company to share its menu with a wider audience. Morgan said the company believes guests should have access to healthful, convenient, and affordable food options that align with their lifestyles. He expressed the company's goal of becoming a regular destination for residents in Richardson.
To mark the opening, the restaurant will begin serving customers at 10 a.m. The first 50 people in line will receive a branded tote bag with the purchase of any breakfast entrée, bowl, salad, or sandwich. Additionally, new users who download the Original ChopShop app and spend at least $7 within 20 days of registering will receive 30 days of rewards worth $3 off.
