The Women's National Basketball Association revealed the starting lineups for the 2026 All-Star Game on Thursday, highlighting two players from the Dallas Wings franchise. Guard Paige Bueckers and forward Jessica Shepherd were among the ten athletes chosen to begin the contest.
Bueckers secures her spot as a starter for the second straight year, following her initial selection as a rookie in 2025. She currently ranks within the top ten league-wide for both scoring and assists per game. The WNBA noted that she received the highest number of votes from the public.
The selection process divides voting power equally among fans, who contribute 50 percent, and players and media members, who each provide 25 percent. Bueckers led all guards in the player poll and placed second among media voters.
Shepherd, entering her sixth season in the league, will participate in her first All-Star Game. She stands alone in the WNBA for recording two triple-doubles this season. Her statistical rankings include second place in rebounds with an average of 11.5 per game, sixth in shooting percentage, and thirteenth in assists.
The remaining eight starters feature former Texas Christian University standout Olivia Miles, who plays for the Minnesota Lynx. Other starters include Aliyah Boston and Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever, Natasha Howard of the Minnesota Lynx, Kelsey Mitchell of the Indiana Fever, Breanna Stewart of the New York Liberty, Gabby Williams of the Golden State Valkyries, and A'ja Wilson of the Las Vegas Aces.
