The Texas Rangers ended a five-game road skid with a 4-1 victory over the Los Angeles Angels at Angel Stadium on Tuesday. The game remained tied until the 10th inning, when Texas erupted for three runs to secure the win.

The Angels took an early lead in the first inning when Mike Trout homered to center field, a 418-foot shot that gave Los Angeles a 1-0 advantage. Texas answered in the fourth inning when Adolis García singled to left field, allowing Josh Duran to score and tying the game at 1-1.

Pitching Dominance and Late Hits

Reid Detmers started for the Angels, pitching six innings and allowing one earned run on three hits while striking out six. The final attendance at Angel Stadium was 23,880. The Rangers improved their record to 60-59, while the Angels fell to 45-74.
